Molly White – Texas Ranch & Lifestyle Specialist

Molly White is a fifth-generation Texan with deep roots in West Texas, where her passion for ranching, hunting, and rural living began. She specializes in ranch, hunting, and lifestyle properties, bringing a wealth of personal experience and local insight to every transaction. A proud Realtree Land Pro and active member of the local MLS board, Molly offers clients not only professional expertise but also an authentic understanding of the land and lifestyle they seek.

She holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor and lives by the motto: God, Family, and Country. Her strengths lie in her unwavering faith, ability to truly listen and understand her clients' needs, and her tireless work ethic. With extensive networking connections, strong problem-solving skills, a love for people, and a great sense of humor, Molly brings both professionalism and heart to her real estate practice.

Raised in a military family, Molly is the daughter of a highly decorated Vietnam War veteran and Huey pilot. Her family’s heritage runs deep in Junction, Texas, where her father, grandparents, and great-grandparents were all born and raised. Many relatives still reside throughout Junction, Menard, and Sonora. Summers spent on her uncle’s ranch between Junction and Ft. McKavett nurtured her love for West Texas and the outdoors—she sat in her first deer blind at age 8, sparking a lifelong love for hunting and ranching.

Before entering real estate, Molly served as the Texas State Representative for House District 55 from 2015 to 2017. She quickly earned recognition as one of the most respected conservative voices in the legislature and was a passionate advocate for life, family values, property rights, gun ownership, hunting and fishing, water rights, and small business protections. For more than two decades prior to her time in office, Molly was deeply involved in the pro-life movement, working to help overturn Roe v. Wade.

Outside of her work, Molly enjoys spending time with her family and friends, hunting, fishing, gardening, raising chickens, antiquing, and home decorating. She and her husband Ronald—married for 36 years—own and operate a ranch in Sutton County. They love entertaining, exploring Texas backroads, and spending time with their three married children and nine grandchildren, who are the joy of their lives.
